He is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve the best they possibly can, by helping people recognize their full potential. From years of observation, he concluded that many business plans, strategies as well as personal goals and objectives fail to be realised, not because of external circumstances, forces or misfortune, but because of behaviours. Quite simply, lack of achievement is more often than not, down to self-imposed limiting beliefs that individuals and teams place on themselves and a lack of personal awareness that their behaviours and habit are getting in the way.
Ed established headwins to provide Strategic HR expertise and tailored coaching and leadership development services to organisations, teams and individuals to help them realise their full potential.
